Dr. Jennifer Martin
Physician
Dr. Jennifer Martin graduated from Highlands High School before attending the University of Kentucky on a valedictory scholarship, where she earned her degree in Physician Assistant Studies summa cum laude. She went on to attend the University of Louisville School of Medicine, graduating with honors. After completing a one-year internship in Internal Medicine, she completed her dermatology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Martin has proudly provided exceptional dermatologic care for over 20 years. She looks forward to returning home and helping patients throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky enjoy greater access to timely, compassionate, expert skin care.

Kelsey Woods
FNP
Kelsey Woods, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Kentucky before completing her Accelerated Nursing degree at Mount St. Joseph University. She later went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University.
Kelsey is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their skin through personalized, evidence-based care. Her background in nutrition and wellness gives her a well-rounded approach to health, allowing her to support patients in achieving both healthy skin and overall well-being.
Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, Kelsey is proud to serve the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. In her free time, Kelsey loves running, cooking, and finding ways to prioritize health and wellness for her family.
Karalee Massie
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Karalee is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in patient care and aesthetic treatments. She specializes in neurotoxins, chemical peels, and skin refinement, offering customized solutions designed to support healthy, radiant skin.
She is known for her thoughtful, consultative approach—taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and developing treatment plans that feel both achievable and natural.
Her philosophy is simple: enhance, never overcorrect. Karalee is committed to helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and fully themselves.
Angie Maddox
Director Of Operations
Angie Maddox serves as the Director of Operations for Dermatology Direct, where she brings a sophisticated blend of healthcare leadership, systems strategy, and patient experience design to the practice. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the American College of Education nearing completion, Angie is uniquely positioned to build and lead modern healthcare environments that are both highly efficient and deeply patient-centered. Her professional background in school health leadership reflects a proven ability to oversee complex operations while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, discretion, and service excellence.
